The system can't silently corrupt her books, if Wells Fargo changes their format, it has to fail loudly.

The system has to know what's already been entered — so she never has to go back and check her billing system.
The system has to be delegatable — so she can hand it off if she chooses.
Hi I'm Payam. Here is the system I designed, with the help of AI.
I'm a separate Gmail. I keep her main inbox untouched, track what's been processed via labels, enable safe delegation, run on my own, and bring Google's security with me.
I'm Python. I securely and confidentially read the emails, figure out what goes where, and hand it off to Sheets.
I'm Google Sheets. Python sends me the data, I add it to my spreadsheet. If Python says something is wrong, I show the error. I create a report for Allie every morning, updating her. She can then share this if she wants.
I'm Cloud Run. I'm where Python lives. I keep it running 24/7 so Allie never has to deal with servers — and Google's security comes built in.
I'm Secret Manager. The other tools come to me when they need credentials — I make sure they are the only ones who see, and I keep intruders out.
I'm Cloud Scheduler. Every few minutes, I wake up the system to check for new payments. Allie never has to start anything herself. I make sure everything is up to date.
Hi again. These AI friends helped me build everything you just saw.
I'm Gemini. I gave Payam a bunch of dating options and helped him settle on Claude.
And even with all that planning, you still misbehaved. I help Payam come up with rules to get you back on track.
I'm Claude. Payam spends eight hours a day with me. For Allie, we planned every single step, then I helped him build all six tools. Without that meticulous planning, I would've gone crazy and misbehaved.
